My grandma had all kinds of sayings and parables but this one referring to idle time was by far one of her favorites. These days, we find ourselves using the same phrase when speaking with each other and especially when talking to teenagers. As you know, when they get bored, they’re more likely to be idle and indulge in unproductive activities like surfing the internet, watching TV or playing video games.

We are often told that happiness is a choice. That's why we encourage people to "choose happiness" or "live your best life." But it's not that easy, right? No matter how simple the words may sound the action is not simple at all. Even if you want to be happy, you can't always make yourself feel good. There are plenty of reasons, legitimate reasons, why some people aren't happy: they may have bad relationships, they're in bad jobs or they're struggling with mental health issues. There are so many and too many to tackle in one episode, but we step in to discuss 3 of them.
